Refund Policy (Digital Products)
All products sold on Shan R.K Books for Women are digital ebooks delivered via BookFunnel. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered.
Exceptions: If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at shanrk@zoho.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement download link.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases (please review your order carefully before completing checkout)
- Incompatibility with your reading device (BookFunnel supports most e-readers, tablets, and smartphones)
